I was in a search for a bright navy blue liner and i tried the Chromaline, Marine Ultra and it wasnt that great ,didnt show at all..so i bought the Chromagraphic Pencil, Marine Ultra and it worked much better ,. i love it shows more and i use the 266 brush to line my liner the way i want...
