Weights !!!! And sweat

I've been getting back in track with my work outs, I've seen
improvements. I'm hoping I can see a good difference  before I
had London.

I always love lifting weights, even when I was in h.s I loved my
weight class always did legs work outs and abs ... If I had gym class
I would always change it to weights!!
